4.6 Best Fall Comfort Food Recipe-Creamy White Chili

As the seasons change to cooler weather this is a great family kept secret for Creamy White Chili: 

Ingredients:

-1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
-1 medium onion, chopped
-1 clove of garlic, minced
-1 (15-ounce can) Garbanzo Beans
-2 (15-ounce cans) Great Northern Beans
-1 pound grilled chicken, cubed
-1 (14-ounce can) chicken broth
-1 (14-ounce can) niblet style corn
-1 (14-ounce can) green chilies
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup heavy cream

After you have all of the ingredients prepared you will need a large pan to begin cooking. Now you are ready to cook your chili.

1. In the large pan, heat the oil while sauteing the onions and garlic.
2. Once those are sauteed you may add the beans, chicken, broth, corn, chilies, and spices.
3. After adding the above ingredients bring it to a boil.
4. Once boiling reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.

Now you are ready to serve your fall comfort food of Creamy White Chili. You may add your own family favorites as toppings such as shredded cheese, crackers, or other desired toppings. Serve immediately or store and reheat.
