Ingredients

• Rye Bread

• 1000 Island Dressing

• Sauerkraut

• Corned Beef

• Swiss Cheese

• Butter

Directions

1. Take two slices of the bread and put on a layer of the dressing

2. Add a layer of sauerkraut to one of the slices

3. Put a layer of corned beef on the other

4. Lay one or two pieces of swiss cheese on the corned beef

5. Warm a skillet over medium heat

6. Place the slices of bread together with the toppings in the middle 

7. Butter the top of the sandwich and place it face down on the skillet

8. While it is cooking, butter the slice of bread that is on the top

9. Flip the sandwich when it is golden brown on the bottom

10. Remove the sandwich from the heat when both sides are golden brown
