Overview
One of the most amazing sandwiches you can make quickly is the Reuben. This is the 2020 guide to preparing this classic sandwich simply. It is not only fun but also delicious.
Ingredients
Rye Bread
1000 Island Dressing
Sauerkraut
Corned Beef
Swiss Cheese
Butter
Directions
Take two slices of the bread and put on a layer of the dressing
Add a layer of sauerkraut to one of the slices
Put a layer of corned beef on the other
Lay one or two pieces of swiss cheese on the corned beef
Warm a skillet over medium heat
Place the slices of bread together with the toppings in the middle
Butter the top of the sandwich and place it face down on the skillet
While it is cooking, butter the slice of bread that is on the top
Flip the sandwich when it is golden brown on the bottom
Remove the sandwich from the heat when both sides are golden brown

ReplyDeleteGood use of lists to lay out the ingredient list and the directions. Both the ordered and unordered lists were used correctly, making the recipe easy to follow. Reubens are one of my favorites and I had no idea how easy it was to make one until now.
