4.6 How to Prepare Delicious Grilled Cheese

 The Guide to the Perfect Grilled Cheese

In my opinion, grilled cheese is one of the best meals you could have if you want a quick meal. Especially living in Wisconsin we have access to all sorts of cheese than most people so why not take advantage of that somehow? We all love cheese unless you are lactose intolerant which is a deficiency of an enzyme in the body called lactase, definition from google. Before you can make the delicious grilled cheese you have to have a few specifics. 

Ingredients You NEED:

  • Sliced cheese of your choice (not Kraft)
  • Italian Bread
  • Garlic Salt
  • Almond Butter or Regular Butter

What Is The Secret?

Step 1: Turn on the stove. Make sure it is around medium or a little lower for temperature. Could say, shmehim. (sh)(me)(gim) 

Step 2: Spray PAM on the pan and butter one side of each two slices of bread.

Step 3: Sprinkle some garlic salt on the sides of the butter. Be careful it can be strong.

Step 4: Then turn the buttered side down on the pan then slap some cheese on top of each bread slice.

Step 5: Butter the other slices of bread and put the other slice of bread on top when the first slice is slightly brown.

Step 6: Slowly cook each side flipping it every minute or so. Slow cooking does the best work.

Step 7: To your liking of the doneness of the bread you can pull it off the stove. Make sure to cut it diagonally because that is the right way and enjoy!
